Redefine Success
Several years ago, I thought success was all about figuring things out on my own.
I was building, learning, and trying to move fast, but I hit a point where progress slowed. Not because I wasn’t working hard, but because I was missing perspective.
Then someone took the time to mentor me. It wasn’t anything dramatic, just real conversations, honest feedback, and guidance I didn’t even realize I needed. But that shifted everything. I started seeing opportunities differently, avoiding mistakes I would’ve made, and growing faster than I could’ve on my own.
That experience changed how I think about learning. Now, I don’t just focus on learning for myself, I look for ways to pass it on. Whether it’s sharing insights, helping someone get started, or just being available for a conversation, mentoring has become part of how I grow.
Because here’s the truth:
You go further when you learn from others. You grow faster when you help others grow.I’m still learning every day, but I’m also making sure I’m reaching back and bringing someone else forward with me.
